Relying on limited experience and knowledge, this role is responsible for accomplishing the following assignments. These assignments are varied in nature.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in procurement of tailored insurance products by gathering and organizing exposure information related to insurance placement and renewal submissions, as well as the preparation of insurance applications and presentations.Analyze premium invoices and insurance documentation for accuracy and allocation of insurance costs and respond to internal and external requests regarding insurance certificates.Gather and disseminate claims information (Corporate insurance claims including but not limited to workers' compensation, errors and omissions, and employment practice liability insurance) including the analysis of loss trends, and other general support, including regular reporting and notification to insurance brokers and/or carriers.Independently handle all minor insurance bond needs including coordination with Compliance department.Disseminate Auto identification cards to the field and Workers Compensation Postings and Notices to Corporate HR department.Work with Senior Vice President of ERM preparing reports to members of Executive Management.Identification and assessment of the enterprise's risks along with the determination of the most appropriate responses to those risks.Make recommendations directly to the Senior Vice President of ERM on the Company's management and monitoring of risks.Work with the Internal Controls and Internal Audit departments to closely align activities with those risks identified through the ERM process.Special projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President of ERM.Oversee activities of Enterprise Risk Analyst.Competencies

5+ years relevant experience with an insurance company, broker, or Risk Management department
