SUMMARY:

The Senior Enterprise Workday Applications Analyst serves as the Enterprise Application and Workday technical subject matter expert, provides system administration and support, and performs system configuration, enhancement, and deployment efforts.  This role will serve as an active partner, collaborating across IT and with clinical and business leaders to provide strategic analysis and develop data-driven insights.  Additionally, this individual will serve as the liaison between clinical/business teams, third party vendors and across IT for system integrations, enhancements, and issue fixes. The Enterprise Applications Sr Analyst will demonstrate appropriate proficiency in project management, data analytics and reporting, communication with leadership, vendor management, as well as system knowledge, process analysis, and configuration abilities.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead initiative workstreams and matrixed team membersBe seen as an expert in enterprise application module capabilities and configurationAddress break/fix and service requests submitted by enterprise application usersImplement ongoing enhancements to improve the enterprise application’s capabilities to meet the clinical & business operations needsPerform ongoing enterprise application maintenance activitiesParticipate in and implement project solutionsBring best practice insight into application capabilities and configuration optionsMaintain IT Enterprise Application including data, application version, configuration, user access/profile, integration, and server management

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or related disciplineApplication related certifications preferredValid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in IT enterprise and Workday application platforms eliciting business requirements, developing detailed systems specifications, designing, and prototyping, testing, defining support procedures, data conversion, and implementing business process improvementsProven ability to lead IT enterprise application and Workday initiative workstreams with matrixed resourcesSolid understanding of clinical/business fundamentals that the enterprise application supportsExperience within complex healthcare environment and demonstrated success with IT enterprise application solutionsExperience with networking, on-premise & cloud solutions, databases, data flow, and cyber security are a plus. Programming and database scripting/querying experience is a plusKnowledge of Windows Server environments including Active Directory and ExchangeExperience with project planning and delivery of IT Enterprise Application and Workday solutions
