Senior Environmental Compliance Manager - Renewables and Utilities
Position Overview
The Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to support our Renewables and Utilities services across California. This role will oversee regulatory compliance during large-scale construction projects, manage field monitors and survey teams, and coordinate with various private and public clients/agencies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on regulatory compliance, permitting, resource assessments (CEQA/NEPA), and environmental planning for large-scale projects, ensuring projects comply with all regulatory requirements.Experience managing large-scale utility, energy, transportation, or water projects, with a solutions-oriented approach to regulatory challenges and risk management.Experience mentoring and supervising teams, promoting professional growth, and fostering a collaborative, solution-focused work environment.Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Benefits
