Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage EHS compliance programs at the facility Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement safety controls Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, and NEC Drive investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans Develop and deliver EHS training for employees Track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Serve as the Emergency Response Coordinator (24/7 on-call)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in an EHS role Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours when required

Nice to Have:

Professional safety certification (CSP, CIH, etc.) Experience with ISO, OHSAS, or VPP compliance programs
