We are seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team in the Dublin, OH office.

As an Environmental Project Manager at Verdantas, you will play a crucial role in managing multidisciplinary teams on a number of fast-paced, diverse projects, supporting environmental due diligence efforts. You will have the opportunity to oversee and coordinate all phases of projects while maintaining a technical role on the project team. Project experience will include scoping, and reporting for Phase I/II ESA’s, due diligence investigations, remedial investigations, cleanup plans, and more. Responsibilities: Lead safety culture within the project team or unit, including following safety protocols for all projects Manage diverse, fast-paced projects involving multidisciplinary teams Develop and maintain client relationships as primary or secondary client contact for projects Lead selling and cross-selling efforts; (Geotech, Property Condition Assessments, Wetland, Landfill, Civil, Survey)  Lead in the development of strategy, scope of work, and budget for projects Track work progress relative to project schedules and budgets Actively manage project metrics, WIP and AR Supervise and provide work assignments to the project team Prepare, provide technical input, and/or review reports Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards Interact with regulatory agencies knowing what information to provide, when, and with appropriate internal or client review. Plan and execute own work tasks, as well as oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlines Solve problems creatively and effectively and make informed decisions  Collaborate across multiple disciplines and with clients to articulate and achieve project goals Mentor staff in required technical skills Communicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clients  Complete tasks efficiently and within the allowed budget Possess detailed knowledge of regulations in the area of practice Motivate and encourage others and help the team achieve success

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology/Hydrogeology, or Environmental Science from an accredited institution 7-12 years of Environmental Project Management experience 3 years of consulting experience, preferred Experience applying federal and state environmental regulations Certified Professional Geologist (CPG), preferred Must possess a valid driver's license
