Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Estimator with 10 years of commercial estimation experience to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating the costs of construction projects, including time, materials, labor, and equipment required for commercial jobs. You will work on a variety of projects, helping our company grow and succeed.

ResponsibilitiesCalculate costs of construction projects, including time, materials, labor, and equipment.Perform draws, estimates, and determine the overall costs of new or existing construction projects.Utilize estimation and construction management software.Prepare and manage bids and change orders.Work with design-build methods and pricing.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.Essential Skills10 years of commercial estimation experience.Experience with wood and metal framing, carpentry, and drywall.Bachelor's degree in construction management.Proficiency in estimation software and construction management tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with design-build projects.Strong understanding of pricing and bidding processes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00

Potential to negotiate for a company vehicle

$600/month reimbursement for travel.
