Our client, a global leader in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions is seeking a Senior Event Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Senior Event Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Events and Logistics team supporting VIP level events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Event Logistics Coordinator
**Location:** Remote
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Oversee cross-functional teams to align event objectives with organizational goals.
+ Identify, contract, and manage a network of reliable vendors, ensuring favorable terms and pricing.
+ Direct the logistical aspects of events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
+ Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and logistics, with a demonstrated track record of successful event execution.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Microsoft Office Suite).
