We are seeking a strategic Senior Event Producer to drive the conceptualization, planning, and execution of all aspects of our company’s events.

What You’ll Do & Your Impact
Lead Event Strategy: Create bold event concepts that align with Goldin’s brand and business goals, driving engagement and delivering unforgettable experiences.
Own the Execution: Manage all logistics, from budgeting and timelines to venue selection, vendor relationships, and technical coordination (AV, lighting, staging) for seamless operations.
Design & Curate: Work with creative teams to design stunning displays that showcase Goldin’s rare collectibles, ensuring every event is a visual masterpiece.
Build & Inspire Teams: Lead and motivate a diverse team of producers, technical staff, and vendors, ensuring flawless collaboration and execution across all stages.
Collaborate & Drive Engagement: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to select auction items, align messaging, and craft compelling content to amplify audience reach through digital channels.
Manage Operations: Oversee all event details, from planning to live execution, ensuring smooth logistics, guest experiences, and perfect load-out.
Create Impact: Coordinate large-scale trade shows and exclusive events while driving cross-branding opportunities with eBay, managing contracts, and ensuring events exceed expectations.
What You Bring to the Team
Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in live event production, with at least 2-3 years in management or a supervisory role, demonstrating your ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results.
Event Marketing Expertise: A solid background in event marketing and branding, particularly with high-end brands, to create unforgettable experiences that elevate the brand.
Global Network: Established relationships with top-tier vendors and event managers, both locally and internationally, ensuring you have the connections to make every event a success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A track record of working seamlessly with diverse teams to implement and amplify brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to various working styles and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on the details and strategic goals.
Health & Safety Expertise: In-depth knowledge of event health and safety protocols to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all involved.
Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to inspire your team, engage stakeholders, and articulate event goals with precision.
Dynamic Leadership: Based in Runnemede, NJ, with the flexibility to work in-office 3 days a week and travel globally for events, bringing your leadership and expertise to every live experience.
