Senior Executive, Corporate Partnership

Your Day-to-Day

Project Support and Stakeholders Alignment: Support specific projects and initiatives as delegated by Partnership Manager and Head of Commercial. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of activities.Program Management and Execution: Assist the manager in developing and executing end-to-end strategic initiatives, including detailed project planning and scoping. Ensure all assigned commercial partnerships are successfully managed to maintain exceptional standards of account management. Assist in the delivery of full contractual assets; coordinate resources and ensure timely monitoring of project progress and reporting to the line manager.Business Development and Partner Acquisition: Identify new business sales from existing clients and actively seek opportunities for growth streams. Acquire and manage ancillary, corporate, educational, and relevant partners to generate new business collaboration and revenue streams, including project management responsibilities. Maintain full knowledge of all commercial partnership packages and partners.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong work relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow the business.Event Management: Deliver excellent account management during every home matchday to enhance our commercial partners' event experience. Manage event duties, including general setup and facilitation of event activities as required.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare post-campaign and monthly reports for partners. Manage documentation, visual materials, and process flow creation.Commercial Deployment: Coach and brief the ground team to ensure they understand the existing commercial offerings. Assist the ground team with any commercial-campaign-related questions.Additional Duties: Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Your Know-How

Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, Project Management or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years’ experience in account management;Project management, sales and accounts negotiation experience;Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively;Ability to deliver results in a multitasking environment while working under pressure;Excellent commercial acumen, with industry expertise;Excellent communication, organization and planning skills with ability to delegate accordingly;The ability to deliver results in a multitasking environment while working under pressure;A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas;Ability to manage own workload with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
