As a part of concierge, our team offers complementary consultation to brides to resolve their queries and connect them with relevant vendors

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Building rapport with the brides and being able to explain to them how WeddingWire can help in planning for their wedding Reaching out to all brides in daily calling queue and validating their requirements Negotiating with the users around budgets and location Educating and guiding the users towards right set of vendors

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

Fluent in English & Hindi Strong Interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve by thinking strategically and execute tactically High ability to negotiate with the users around their budget and location Basic knowledge of Microsoft-Excel & Word Team player with a positive attitude to help drive team targets Prior B2C calling experience is preferred
