Primary Responsibilities:

Generate Periodic & Ad-hoc Reports in accurate & timely manner for presenting it to the management  Handle a team of MIS Executives and report on metrics for all sub teams across Global Shared Services  Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications in Global Shared Services  Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity through Automations Publish, Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports for Business Heads/ Vertical Heads for Global Shared Services  Preparing Power-Point presentations for Business Reviews  Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

4+ years of MIS experience  Experience in handling teams with 5-6+ members with proven experience as TL or Supervisor Extremely well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD & PowerPoint) comfortable with all formulas and excellent knowledge in Macro Solid technical/development skills in SQL Server 2008 / VBA / MS Access / Database Reporting/Stored Procedures Proven good data analytical skills   Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills   Proven excellent presentation and excel skills   

Preferred Qualification: 

3+ years of experience from US Health Care Domain
