Ensure compliance of the branding guidelines on marketing collaterals/advertisements/ corporate premiums and any such applications. Obtain guidance/approval from Regional Communications where necessary Assist to organize internal and external events by working with event organizers and vendors on event planning, logistics and event set-up, and to facilitate such events to run smoothly Support to drive employee engagement and build up employer branding through arrangement of corporate social responsibility activities Coordinate external and internal communications including contents drafting and curation for corporate website, customer newsletter, intranet and other marketing and promotion materials, and work with vendors for design and production of marketing collaterals and corporate premiums Coordinate all sponsorship requests from brokers and suppliers  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related discipline  At least 3 years of experience in handling marketing/communications projects  Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Familiar with new media and web-savvy Proactive, independent and detail minded with strong interpersonal skill Multi-tasked, resourceful and self-motivated in seeing projects through and possess a strong sense of ownership Knowledge in graphic design / photo-shop and Google Analytics will be an advantage
