As a Senior Executive Assistant within the Corporate Responsibility team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Corporate Responsibility, the Regional Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Region, and a member of the Operating Committee. This role demands excellent teamwork, professional representation, and flawless work output. Your daily tasks will include interacting with executive level internal clients across various business lines and functions. You will also need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the department's goals, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and skill enhancement.
Job responsibilities
Maintain complex and detailed calendar Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings in partnership with Chief of Staff and other executive team members Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel Organize all aspects of internal and external events, including catering and transportation Process invoices and T&E expense claims, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization Maintain department documents, including current organizational charts and Executive biographies Handle regular activities without prompting, and anticipate issues or delays Assist with printing and binding as needed for internal and external meetingsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least five years of administrative experience for senior-level executive/s Advanced organizational skills, ability and instinct to connect dots and escalate issues as required Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent telephone etiquette Ability to manage and resolve competing priorities i.e. calendar managementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above College degree is a plusNote: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
