The Role

The Senior Executive Assistant may be the role for you! This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who has a passion to learn and pitch in wherever needed. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, resourcefulness, and an ability to support and juggle the needs of three senior Compliance leaders.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

5+ years administrative experience supporting leaders at multifaceted levels of an organizationBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredEffective time management skills, with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting and thinking quickly while cutting through ambiguityProfessional maturity and ability to efficiently work with all levels of managementStrong Microsoft Office software experience and an aptitude to learn new technology quicklyUnrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of workStrong collaboration skills and desire to work with a diverse, high performing teamAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality

The Value You Deliver

Assist three Compliance leaders with daily schedules, calendars, meetings, travel, and expensesUpdate organizational headcount charts, performance scorecards, budgets, and other materialsCreate and update Microsoft Office suite of documents (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Coordinate meetings internally and externally, prepare agendas, and meeting facilitiesProvide support for onsite visits and eventsPerform ad hoc projects

Fidelity’s working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
