Magnite is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support for our Chief Revenue Officer. This role is based in our NYC office. 

In this role, you will:

Provide event planning and execution for Magnite’s revenue team and client eventsIdentify venues and coordinate reservations for global off-site meetingsAssist in preparing and managing presentations and decksManage the day-to-day calendar which includes rearranging schedules to prioritize the most important meetings, sending calendar invites and reminders, and organizing in-person/virtual meetingsArrange travel and accommodations for the CRO leadership and other leaders in the company as neededTravel with the CRO as neededPrepare expense reports for the CRODraft and prepare correspondence for internal announcementsSupport the Marketing team in delivering materials to client eventsPartner with Magnite’s Accounts Payable team to generate purchase orders pay invoices, and provide accruals for services renderedPartner with People, IT, Facilities, and other teams on company-wide events and initiatives such as parties/celebrations, SWAG delivery, company and team all-hands coordinationCoordinate with other EAs across the company Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion 

We’re looking for someone with:

6+ years experience as an Executive AssistantDemonstrated capabilities in flexibility and ambiguityRobust list of venue contacts in NYCExperience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) and invoicing and procurement software is a plusAbility to function well in a high-paced environmentProven ability to maintain confidentiality and integrityLicensed Notary preferred although we are happy to provide for notary training and certificationAbility to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executivesExcellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines

In New York, the base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
