This role will be supporting Atul Dubey. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are recognized as a top expert in your field, handling the most complex and high-impact operational and administrative tasks within the organization. You provide critical support and guidance, ensuring that all administrative operations run seamlessly. Responsibilities: + Manage top-level executive communications, including highly sensitive data. + Coordinate and manage complex, multi-executive schedules and calendars. + Plan and oversee comprehensive business travel, including high-stakes and international itineraries. + Develop, implement, and optimize advanced administrative policies and practices. Skills: + Expert Office Applications: Exceptional proficiency in all features of Microsoft Office Suite. + Strategic Executive Communication and Collaboration: Ability to handle and manage top-level communications and collaboration with stakeholders + Advanced Problem-Solving: Expertise in resolving the most complex administrative issues, being able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed + High-Stakes Precision: Unparalleled attention to detail in critical documentation. + Mentorship: Proficiency in guiding and supporting junior associates. + Strategic Process Implementation: Skills in developing and implementing high-level administrative processes.
