Senior Executive Assistant

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO, CFO and CTO. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive administrative support, acting as a trusted extension of the executive team. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. The ideal candidate to join us will have experience in proactively streamlining communication, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the executives' focus remains on strategic priorities as SOCi continues its rapid growth.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $78,000 - $106,500 USD base plus bonuses/commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support onboarding, maintain strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep strategic progress accurately updated.  Respond on behalf of executives as needed, manage email distribution lists, draft correspondence, and prepare presentations for leadership and board meetings. Coordinate key strategic projects, track milestones, and prepare progress reports. Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct research and analysis to support executives. Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports, including headcount and span-of-control analysis for budgeting and forecasting Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive efficiency. Coordinate internal and external meetings, collaborating with the EA team for smooth scheduling. Lead planning for offsite meetings, handling logistics (venue, travel, catering) and event coordination. Arrange domestic and international travel, manage itineraries, track expenses, and maintain travel-related budgets. Organize recurring meetings (QBRs, forecasts, deal reviews, town halls), prepare agendas, and lead follow-up activities. Track business initiatives, follow up on action items, and document key meeting notes and next steps.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

Hybrid Opportunity: Must be able to support our CEO in San Diego, CA onsite as needed Must Have:  7+ years supporting senior level executives and/or family office principals Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant software Experience preparing board decks and meeting agendas/follow up items for multiple C Suite members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical skills to manage projects, timelines, deliverables and provide status updates on project progress Experience working with leaders on headcount and budget forecasting (BvA meetings) Experience working in other aspects of the business is beneficial in understanding business operating norms, expectations and necessary priorities Desired Skills (but not required):  Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, or other
