The senior executive assistant will oversee and perform full and complex administrative and secretarial functions for the Queen of the Valley C-Suite executive team. Provides project management and performs complex office administrative support and coordination in the areas of procurement, budgeting, report preparation, travel, and staff communications Under minimal supervision and with a great deal of latitude for independent judgment, provides a full range of administrative support for the Chief Administrative Officer / Chief Medical Officer, of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Relieves executive of minor administrative details and maintains the workflow of the executive during his/her absence. Demonstrates a full understanding and commitment to the mission, vision and values of the Providence family of organizations. Coordinates and oversees the major office functions in the Administration Office in Napa.

Required qualifications:
5 years of Progressively responsible administrative assistant experience in a sophisticated, fast-paced and complex environment.Preferred qualifications:
