Senior Executive Assistant *Hybrid*

Provide administrative support to the North Division Executive.  Acts as a source of information and point of referral for all requests.  The Executive Assistant works with little supervision and must use experience and professional ability to determine whether an issue can be resolved independently or needs to be escalated to the Division Executive.  Additionally, the Executive Assistant provides cross-coverage and support as needed for peer Division Executive Assistants.   They also may be required to provide assistance and support as necessary for traveling executives working out of division offices.  For training purposes this role will start working onsite five days a week.  Once the person hired is up and running they will be expected to work on site three days a week.

Required Qualifications:

5 years Experience as an Executive Assistant.  Other healthcare related experience may be considered (as appropriate/applicable) in lieu of Executive Assistant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree. Legal experience.  Experience managing projects.
