Clarivate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in driving the company’s strategic initiative and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, manage and interact with the public company board of directors and handle confidential information with ultimate discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple functions and business segments.

10+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
2 years project management
Deep abilities with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint including experience designing accurate, compelling presentations, reports and communications
Experience with public company boards of directors
Experience with global travel
It would be great if you also had…
Associate’s degree or higher
Ability to develop agendas, record and present meeting notes, and drive agreed-upon action plans
Experience as a CEO or President’s “right hand” working pro-actively with little to no direction
Experience with a Board Portal such as Boardvantage or Diligent
What will you be doing in this role?...
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Work with and coordinate schedules for and changes to Board of Directors
Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO’s decision-making process.
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Plan events hosted by or on behalf of the executive (i.e., leadership team retreats, client events, colleague events, etc.)
Assist executives in prioritizing demands, inquiries, meeting requests, and communication.
Develop, share, and implement best practices in executive support with peers.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones (primarily US time zones) as needed.
