Role Description
Service Advocacy – Treaty Technical Accounting & Claims
+ To review & process Premium, Technical Accounts submitted by client in accordance with contract terms and SLA.
+ Diligently follow-up on overdue technical accounts to ensure it meets quarter closing deadlines.
+ Ensure Compliance approval is obtained for third party co-brokerages and brokerage only accounts.
+ To perform consistency review/follow up with client on open claim update.
+ Support Claims Negotiation and Settlement of Claims. Seeks support internally for more complex cases.
+ Timely feedback/respond to the query raised between cedents and reinsurers through email or phone.
+ Collaborating closely with offshore team and guide them on the process
+ Build positive relationship with clients & reinsurers
+ File all the documents electronically in EDE and maintain the file in good order.
+ Any Ad-Hoc jobs assigned.
Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences
+ Diploma/Degree/Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economic degree areas preferable but not mandatory
+ Preferable 3-5 years of working experience in insurance or reinsurance industry will be an added advantage
Skills & Knowledge
+ Computer Skills (especially in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
+ Communication skills in English (both written & oral) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners
+ Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.
