Department: Human Resources Position: Senior Executive Compensation & Benefits Location: ISB - Corporate HQT Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Responsible for compensation and benefit program implementation; salary surveys; data analysis; statuary reporting, benefit related provisioning, separation and final settlements as per company policies. Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Masters Degree Required Skills: Qualification: MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
Work experience
Minimum 05 years of work experience in following domains:
- Payroll processing
- Final settlement preparation
- Correspondence with and audit of EOBI, social security and labour department.
- Well versed with the Labor laws.
- Must have Time Management skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work in pressure
Physical Requirements: Age (Min): 25 Age (Max): 36
