Senior Executive Facility

Responsibilities:

1.Oversee and manage the overall facility operations, including soft services, MIS, and transportation.

2.Ensure high-quality delivery of soft services, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.

3.Develop and implement effective facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

4.Monitor and evaluate service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and KPIs.

5.Maintain up-to-date records and generate accurate management information system (MIS) reports related to facility operations.

6.Coordinate and manage transportation services, including staff transportation and fleet management.

7.Proactively identify areas for improvement in facility operations and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of services and address any operational challenges.

8.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in facility operations.

9.Train, mentor, and supervise facility staff to maintain high performance and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in facility operations, with a strong knowledge of soft services, MIS management, and transportation.

3.Competent knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards. 4.Proven experience in managing soft service vendors, implementing MIS systems, and coordinating transportation services.

5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.

7.Professional certifications in facility management or related areas will be an advantage.
