Responsibilities -
1.Oversee the day-to-day facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities. 2.Manage and monitor the performance of various service providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements are met.
3.Implement and maintain best practices for facility management, including preventive maintenance, space planning, security, and safety protocols.
4.Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their facility requirements and proactively address any issues or requests.
5.Manage and maintain documentation related to facility operations, including contracts, permits, licenses, and compliance reports.
6.Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely approval of expenses.
7.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
8.Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
9.Train and mentor junior facility team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in facility management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in facility operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3.Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6.Proven experience in managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
