Prepare Annual Safety Plan and facilitate for implementation Responsible for designing and developing Contractual OHS documents (OHS Plan, Generic Risk Assessment etc.). Develop project specific condition of contract for HSE in alignment with clients' policies and procedures 
and clients' expectations. Develop safe plans of actions for hazardous operation and risk assessment studies in support of engineering modifications wherever required. Coordinate & implement safety initiatives at project sites through the respective project safety team Generate and circulate daily, weekly, monthly safety performance reports to corporate safety team. Conduct regular audits of Safety at project execution site, review the safety organization structure for its adequacy, identify system weaknesses, improvement areas and take corrective/preventive actions. Develop HSE training program, impart safety training to the employees across the organizational levels and at all worksites and Identify training needs and build competency of members aligning business requirements  Take lead for successful implementation of all improvement projects related to HSE Design risk control measures Drive safety induction programs through site Safety teams Monitoring compliance of Safety requirements across projects

Conducting environmental assessments and audits, including air and water quality monitoring, waste management, and soil contamination assessments. Developing and implementing environmental policies and procedures, including waste management plans, energy conservation plans, and pollution prevention programs. Monitoring and reporting on environmental performance, including tracking energy and water usage, waste reduction efforts and other environmental metrics. Coordinating and collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to ensure environmental regulations and laws compliance. Educating and training employees, contractors, and other stakeholders on environmental issues and best practices. Investigating and addressing environmental complaints, violations, and incidents. Providing guidance and support for environmental impact assessments, permit applications, and other regulatory requirements. Keeping updated with changes in environmental laws and regulations and ensuring that the organization complies with new regulations. Managing and monitoring major projects’ environmental impacts and supporting project managers Participating in emergency response activities, such as spills and other environmental incidents. Communicating regularly with management and other stakeholders, providing environmental performance and compliance updates. Prepare and monitor Safety Budget BE / B.Tech / 3 years Engineering Diploma in any field Regular, and in addition to this Advance Diploma in industrial safety/Post Graduate Diploma in industrial safety from state board of technical education. Experiences: Minimum 10 Years Experience in the field of project safety with large infra projects/Airport Projects.
