**Role Responsibilities:**
Quality Operations
•Analysis of Raw material , Packaging Material and liquid includes intermediates and Finished goods.
•Calibration of laboratory equipments. equipments.
•Handling Gas chromatography along with its calibration and Troubleshooting.
•Arranging Round robin samples for sensory evaluation.
•Customer complaint handling within timelines.
• Daily monitoring and verification of GFPS, Hipster and GDQS data for the multiple units.
• Preparation of proficiency test samples for equipment R&R.
• Liquid quality compliance
• Packaging Material Analysis
• Equipment Calibration
• Sensory Evaluation
• Round robin score improvements

Governance
•Ensure market connect programme quarterly once.

3. Depot visit for validation of GDQS
•Ensuring quarterly compliance audits (GRMS/L1/GMP/GFPS/CCM/Liquid Sample analysis, FM project) in time and tracking action closures through MUMV .

• Command on soft skills like MS office (Excel,Powerpoint ,Word etc. )

Developing and Sustaining food safety culture in west and south region.

**Experience / skills required:**
Qualification: • Graduate or equivalent -preferably in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Bio-technology or any scientific discipline
Experience: • 2 - 5 years of experience in the areas of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems on Food Processing / FMCG –Distillery, Brewery and Beverage Industry
Knowledge & skills:
• Hands on experience and indepth knowledge of quality management systems, adhering quality related SOPs and its control
• Experience in handling quality improvement projects
Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, SAP
