**Responsibility and Focus**
Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of paid Search campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring their delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. Paid Search Channels include, but are not limited to, Google Ads, Amazon Ads & Apple search ads.

**Main Tasks**
Technical & Product
+ Lead Paid Search Media Buying across territories, ensuring all functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with a focus on Client KPIs
+ Ensure Client KPIs, goals, and objectives are achieved by closely monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns on a regular basis
+ Manage & supervise the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
+ Utilize a clear test-and-learn agenda
+ Research keywords and Forecast search volumes, cost rates & engagement rates for upcoming plans.
+ Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
+ Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks
+ Provide regular analysis, recommendations, and feedback to Client Teams and/or Clients
+ Present regular account reviews internally as well as to Clients
+ Work closely with the Client teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budgets
+ Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders
+ Work closely with other seniors to share learning and to drive best practices at speed
+ Provide training, mentorship, and support to new team members, overseeing their day-to-day work
+ Support the team with projects and requests
+ Oversee performance across several accounts and provide feedback to managed team members and team Lead

+ Lead Paid Search innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, identifying new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our social offering forward
+ Clearly communicate Paid search performance and uncover growth levers by effectively documenting strategies and approaches to drive common understanding and efficiency
**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience Required**
+ 2+ years of experience in Paid Search
+ Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels is a plus
+ Good knowledge and experience in online marketing tools and best practices
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Any graduate with a specialty in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred
