Our Team supports the traditional executive recruitment activities, advises business leaders in recruitment strategies, collects market insights and builds talent pools and engages with executives and senior leaders to provide our leadership teams with immediate access to the best talent in the market.

As a Senior Executive Scouting Partner (fixed-term) within our Global Scouting Team, you’ll be responsible for supports multiple stakeholders such as People Business Partners and Hiring Managers and other senior members of the Global Talent Acquisition Team with talent identification, market research, talent sourcing, screening and interview activities. He/she participates in various executive recruitment and proactive talent scouting projects globally, from beginning to end, defining sourcing strategies and keeping talent pools engaged.

Main responsibilitiesForm close partnership with People Business Partners and Hiring Managers and conduct recruitment and proactive talent scouting for executive/senior business critical rolesParticipate in project discussions with the recruitment team and hiring managersDrive the external recruitment on executive and senior business critical positions ensuring an excellent candidate experienceDefine identification/sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipeline and talent pools and constantly monitor the talent market and seek for innovative sourcing techniquesCreate and present progress / update reports to executive level Hiring ManagersAttract, approach, engage and assess candidates to build and maintain suitable candidate pipelines and network and conduct explanatory discussionsAct according to data privacy and GDPR, ensure confidentiality

About you

Experience

Solid experience in international sourcing and recruitment activities in an agency or corporate environmentExperience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) sourcing techniquesExperience in recruitment project management in R&D and/or in Pharma sector is a mustExecutive search background is preferredHigh level of compliance and integrity, comfortable dealing with highly confidential topics

Soft skills

Demonstrated high-quality stakeholder management in a multinational environmentDeep passion for identifying best in class, diverse talentsArticulate and engaging style to engage with executive level stakeholders and People & Culture leaders

Technical skills

Experienced LinkedIn Recruiter userKnowledge of using Workday and Avature represents an asset

Education

Education in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any related field

Languages

Oral and written fluency in English
