A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.As a Senior Associate, you will have the tasks of:
Provide support to our internal users around the world. Work with many different support teams on a daily basis. Evaluate incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and resolve them.
requirement:
*Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (but could also be a student of any engineering or related career)
* 2 years application support experience
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plus
* Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plus
* advanced spoken and written english is a must
* SQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reports
