Your Key Responsibilities Oversees export control related issues at the legal entity as the Export Control Empowered Official Analyze and monitor changes of national and international export control regulations for applicability to the legal entity. Supporting the product and technology jurisdiction and classification process; applying for and / or maintaining government export authorizations Ensure legal entity compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations, export authorizations and permits, and legal entity export compliance program Initiate and ensure execution of assessment programs in related matters. Conduct trainings, support the Regional Export Control Manager in day to day activity as well as special projects. Your Qualifications

Minimum:

Post-secondary Degree Minimum 5 years of relevant export control experience Expertise in US Export Control Laws and Regulations and working knowledge of Canada and EU Export Control regulations Ability to assess and execute tasks relevant to Export Control Adequate technical acumen and experience with jurisdiction and classification analysis, and strong analytical and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally High degree of dependability and conscientiousness, with the ability to make appropriate fact-based decisions and assess risks Able to review and have a basic understanding of export control agreements, licenses / permits, and regulatory language Knowledge of and experience with SAP GTS Export Control tool or similar Export Control tools This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
