The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior F-22 Weapon System Integration Engineer to join their team in Berkeley, MO.  The F-22 Raptor program is well positioned to provide long-term growth opportunities and is committed to an employee focused culture and presence at the St. Louis site supporting the premier 5th generation Air Force fighter.

A successful candidate will be an assertive, resourceful leader who is self-motivated and displays intellectual curiosity while expecting results with urgency. This individual must work well under minimal supervision and general guidance and be able to integrate effectively with key stakeholders to meet program objectives. They must have a proven track record of effective team building and customer relations.

Position Responsibilities:

Support the Mission Systems teams in the areas of requirements and verification management for the development and closure of modernization capabilities.High level of coordination with the design, software, and test teams in Mission Systems to ensure complete traceability from requirements to test artifact.Apply basic systems engineering rigor to agile processes for new development and redesign activities.Work with the project teams to ensure process rigor on Air Vehicle and Mission Systems projects.Work with project management teams to development and submit supplier statement of works.Work closely with the project managers and assist the technical lead on the F-22 projects.Work with retrofit/redesigns, product investigations, system integration, and system troubleshooting.Communicate technical and program information across multi-disciplined teams.Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions.Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform.Provide products and services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes and embrace first-time quality as a way of life – not accepting, creating or passing any defects and speaking up.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science5+ years of experience in areas of systems engineering (This can be in areas such as requirements, design, implementation, test, verification, validation, integration, risk management)1+ years’ experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management1+ years’ experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects1+ years’ experience working with key software development processes including system development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile software development, SCRUM, Waterfall and continuous integration for software development in a program management capacity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years’ experience with Model-Based Engineering (MBE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Active Secret Clearance

Summary Pay Range: $119,850- $162,150
