Our Global Workplace Solutions division (GWS) is comprised of the best and brightest industry professionals, at the forefront of innovation, and highly invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and global clients. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Senior Facilities Coordinator, your role is to oversee the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services delivery of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or buildings, across a portfolio of client's sites in Australia & New Zealand, with cross supporting & remote management of sites in other location / countries within the contractual SLA and KPI requirements. **What You’ll do:** + Client & Stakeholders Management: Maintains relationships with clients & stakeholders, conducts meetings on facility reporting and following up. Prepare report for meetings on facilities performance, property profiles, emergency preparedness, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress, other related reports. + Operations Excellence: Manage operations and maintenance of facilities within the cluster together with the team. Work with team to implement processes, ideas, and technology to improve operations and efficiency. Develops policies and procedures to ensure contractual specifications are fulfilled. Ensure 100% uptime of critical facilities by implementing robust maintenance and contingency plans. + Business Continuity, EHS & Incident Management: Develops environmental health and safety procedures for facilities; includes standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures. + Facility Inspection and audits: Arrange, carry out facility inspections & audits for quality assurance and compliance on a periodical basis. Ensure managed facilities and procedures comply with the local, state, and federal regulations. + Compliance Management: Setup, track and manage of related equipment, building, regulatory compliance, and licenses as required. Prepare, coordinate and lead of evacuation drills, building shutdowns and system test as required. + IFM Reporting: Prepare and provision of IFM reporting, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting as required. Prepare and provision of utilities tracking, energy savings, sustainability, initiatives, equipment status, uptime, equipment capacity and related reporting as required. + Budget planning & Management: Prepare, manage and update of facility CAPEX and OPEX budgets on a periodical basis. + Maintenance planning & Program strategy: Prepare, conduct and support of electrical and mechanical maintenance works, building shutdowns, preventive maintenance & ad hoc repairs as required. Plan and perform of preventative maintenance and corrective work on client building services, assets / equipment in line with statutory, HSE and client facility requirements. Support and conduct of Building Condition Assessment, Client Asset Management, Life-Cycle Management, Sustainability & other related program as required + Contract & Vendor Management: Management and supervision of vendors and contractors to ensure fulfillment and compliant to contractual agreement and regulatory compliance. Prepare quotations for engineering services, consult with vendors, perform engineering maintenance and ad hoc services/projects as requested by the CBRE account team or customers. **What You’ll Need:** + 5 years’ experience in Facilities / Building Management, or related Engineering roles. + Some knowledge of mechanical & electrical system, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system, BMS, fire protection and alarm system. + Knowledge of environmental sustainability, building and facility compliance, Health & Safety. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and competent in using various computer software & platform.
