Senior Facilities Executive

What this job involves:

Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions and facility services are covered. Likewise, strive for continuous improvement in the process.

In addition, needs to help to mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, and handling crisis management and business continuity plans and also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them.

Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, it needs to take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.

In addition, needs to carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance.

Work Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of the electrical system in the facility, including UPS, DC Battery Systems, DistributionTransformers with On-Load Tap Changer, Diesel Generators, MV & LV Switch Gears, STS, PLC, Elevators, Fire Detection & ProtectionSystems (Sprinkler, Hydrant & Suppression System), Building Management System, Environmental Monitoring Systems (installed inserver room, UPS room) and PA system.

Manage the overall operation, maintenance, and modifi cation of all building systems, including Split A/C, VRV, CRAC, AHU, Chillers,Cooling Towers, Pumps, Plumbing, and Sewage Treatment Plant.
Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the building, implementing risk mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance withclient requirements to create a safe working environment for staff and occupants.

Provide leadership and support to the engineering technical staff to create a high-performing team.
Maintain records of building rounds, readings, engineering logs, and engineering data sheets.

Assist in implementing the preventative maintenance program, including scheduling preventative maintenance activities with minimal disruption to building services and business operations.

Respond to emergency breakdowns, collaborating with service vendors and in-house teams to minimize system downtime and its impact on business operations.

Support sourcing requirements for engineering and facilities operations, including equipment and materials procurement.

Utilize online tools such as Corrigo Enterprise, Business Intelligence Portal, and AtW / PtW Platform for various purposes, including work order management, asset management, client requests, ensuring safety practices, and recording minor and major incidents.

Planning and supporting Annual Shutdowns (ASD) to ensure that all building assets are in compliance with the latest requirements,thereby preventing hazardous situations that may lead to unsafe incidents and mitigating any potential hindrance to the smoothoperation of the business.

Planning, supporting, and execution of Integrated System Tests (IST), which take place two years after every ASDs. These testsevaluate the performance of all equipment, systems, and devices within the facility, with a focus on understanding theirinterdependencies.

Work collaboratively with the regional energy management team, regional engineering heads, and platform analysis team todevelop programs aimed at reducing energy consumption, promoting sustainable practices, and ultimately helping clients achievetheir green energy targets.

Actively contribute to the seamless relocation and handover of a global data center, guaranteeing a streamlined transition and minimal disruption to critical operations.
Assist in enhancing the quality and effi ciency of the Soft Facilities Management and Food and Beverage service operations withinthe building.
