What this opportunity involves: 

The Senior Facilities manager would be responsible in assisting our client in undergoing a global transformation of their facilities management delivery model, and we need someone with a strong aptitude for change leadership who can navigate this evolving landscape and diverse corporate ecosystem with confidence and authority.


This role will initially support the final phases of the transition to the new delivery model at all client locations. Post-transition, you will lead a team of facilities managers to deliver operational excellence by driving stability, fostering team cohesion, and implementing effective processes to ensure our client receives best in class and consistent services.

An Overview of the role:  

Play a leading role in establishing the foundations for the future FM operating model across Australia & New Zealand

Advising APAC Account Director and client on optimal resourcing solutions.

Evaluating and selecting candidates to join our team.

Developing operational SOPs in line with JLL and client requirements, and best practices.

Supporting communication to business leaders on how we will evolve from current state to future model.

Provide subject matter expert support to client

Manage daily client activities across facility portfolio 

Implement various building procedures and performance measures 

Monitor and maintain adherence to health and safety standards 

Build and manage strong client relationships, proactively ensure that expectations are met 

Take charge of site budgets, accounting and financial operations.  

Coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and quality delivery according to contract and budget 

Support the growth and development of our people through training and coaching sessions 

Uphold a culture which thrives on collaboration, co-operation and performance excellence 

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:  

A seasoned facilities manager, around 5 years of experience 

Sounds knowledge and understanding of occupational safety 

Experienced with contract management and budget supervisions 

Excellent communicator with a keen focus on stakeholder engagement 

Highly analytical and engaged in seeking improvement opportunities 

Effectively resolve complex issues through quantitative methods and a holistic approach 

Goal oriented manager who prioritises a productive and collaborative team environment
