Exciting Remote Opportunity: Senior Facilities Manager at JLL!

Transform retail spaces from your home office! JLL seeks a dynamic Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our prestigious retail portfolio. This role is remote, but candidates MUST currently reside within a one-hour radius of Atlanta, GA to be considered.

You'll manage a team of 6 Facilities Managers overseeing an impressive portfolio of 400+ sites across Georgia, Alabama, and Texas. Lead site management, nurture key business relationships, and guide a talented team of facility staff and engineers. Up to 25% of your time will involve traveling to these facilities, ensuring hands-on management and oversight.

Here is some of what you will do:

Manage team of 6 Facilities Managers overseeing 400+ sites across GA, AL, and TXTravel to facilities up to 25% of timeEnsure appropriate staffing levels and skillsImplement continuous improvement and cost reduction strategiesSupport client initiatives and drive operational excellenceDevelop and execute annual strategic plansManage financial and operational reportingOversee building systems, maintenance schedules, and complianceManage staff performance and outcomesInterface with third-party owners and resolve tenant issuesMaintain relationships with clients and service providersLead hard and soft service deliveryManage work requests and maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with company and client standardsSupport sustainability goals and vendor managementPrepare and manage facility budgetsMonitor workflow and meet SLAs and KPIsSupport engineering teams and ensure complianceLead tactical planning and service quality improvementsDevelop staff and execute succession plansParticipate in compensation planningCreate and monitor career development plans for direct reports

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

5+ years of commercial Facilities Management experience including interaction with senior-level management; managing hard and soft services as a 3rd party provider.Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services.Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints as well as identify cost savings and avoidance opportunities.Experience with contract management, vendor management, and small capital projects.Computer proficiency with MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Able to demonstrate knowledge of local health and occupational safety requirementsExperienced in dealing with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services

Preferred

Experience with Corrigo CMMSFacilities management experience within the banking vertical

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
