**Position Title:** Senior Facilities Project Manager **Location:** Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO **Relocation Assistance:** None available at this time **Remote/Telework:** NO - Not available for this position **Clearance Type:** DoD Secret **Shift:** Day shift (Mon-Fri) **Travel Required:** Up to 10% of the time \#cjpost **Description of Duties:** The **Senior Facilities Project Manager** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Oversee the project initiation to include the bid process, providing estimates, coordinating estimates from matrix resources, and coordinating with the proposal team for on-time delivery of a quality proposal • Manage facility sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope • Assemble a project team with the necessary resources to meet project requirements and leads them to successful project completion • Manage stakeholder communications and coordination • Be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, as well as issue resolution • Manage and report project financials using earned value management • Build partnerships/relationships within the department, with external organizations, and the customer(s) • Prepare reports for upper management and customers regarding status of projects • Be responsible for understanding, and handling, change management impacts (e.g. negotiate schedules/time). • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Develop and maintain a project schedule **The successful candidate will:** • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills **Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.** **Basic Requirements:** Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 10 years of general experience • Must have at least 8 years of experience managing facility upgrade/renovation projects • Must have 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles • Must have at least 2 years of Earned Value Management experience • Must be proficient with Microsoft Project • Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance **Desired Requirements:** • Have experience managing projects in a DoD environment • Have experience reading blueprints and design plans • Have a PMP certification This position is expected to pay **$123,000 - $148,000** annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
