·       Performs facility maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering, HVAC, building electrical fixtures, switches and power sources.

·       Follows all safety rules and practices. 

·       May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.

·       Performs other duties as assigned.

•  Basic preventative maintenance and repairs to facility, building infrastructure, associated systems

 •  Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with plumbing, HVAC, grounds

 •  Reads and understand schematics

•   Performs level 2 plus

 •   Complex repairs of building infrastructure and associated systems

•   Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with electrical infrastructure
