Senior Facility Manager

While in this role, you will oversee all facilities management, repairs, and maintenance for a geographical region within the Citizens US based properties. You will be responsible for providing direct to a team of facilities managers and external vendors. In this role, you will also provide comprehensive facilities support for Retail Banking operations, including complete interior and exterior building structure and ground maintenance. You will be the centralized manager for complete building, property, and maintenance thereof, including, but not limited to, full budgetary responsibility for items with depreciative value, asset life cycle analysis, reactive and proactive maintenance programs, including preventive and predictive maintenance. Primary responsibilities include + Provides overall facilities direction to team of regional based facility managers. + Provides and implements processes and programs to provide optimal productivity of facilities team. + Manages coordination of all program rollouts. + Identifies 5-year capital project plan for large office buildings. + Develops business cases for facilities projects and presents to all approval committees. + Provides direction for capital and operating expense budget forecasting and monthly accrual projections. + Manages all facilities group capital rollout RFP's, including project plan, site meetings, scope of work, specifications, SLA's, etc. + Manages all facilities preventative and predictive maintenance programs, including scope of work, specifications, SLA's, management of vendors, and quality assessments. + Performs site inspections to identify enhancement and renovation projects, provide facility audit, and inspect quality of vendor performed service and project work. + Supports business continuity by proactively planning for and responding to catastrophic events (e.g., hurricanes, floods, ice storms, tornados, earthquakes, etc.) as well as localized emergencies (e.g., fire, break ins, car vs building, etc.). + Develops and implements the process to identify priorities in response to catastrophic events, and communicates same to Retail, field forces, Law, Media Relations, and other Business Unit heads. + Acts as a liaison between Retail, Real Estate Operations and Project Management groups through proactive involvement with acquisitions and remodels, makes specification recommendations bases on empirical data, and analyzes trends and life cycle cost of equipment and materials to support changes and/or enhancements. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials + 4 or more years experience managing multiple employees + Minimum 7 years hands-on facility management experience, with some project management experience and/or business management within a large corporate environment + Working knowledge of site infrastructure and building systems + Knowledge of zoning, construction permitting, federal, state and local building codes + Excellent customer service skills as well as proven communication skills, both written and verbal + Demonstrated follow-up skills + Proven track record to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to assure successful timely completion of all + Computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint + Ability to travel as the need arises Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40+ + Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, must have 24/7 availability for on-call requests Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
