SPA's Security Team requires an additional FSO to support corporate growth and to provide mature, experienced leadership to a team of security professionals. SPA's Security Team supports possessing and non-possessing facilities and work up to the TS/SCI level.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of security for assigned CAGE Code(s) to include personnel clearances, onboarding, training, storage, transmission, change conditions, inspections and day-to-day operations. Advise the Senior Director of Security on all matters of security for the assigned CAGE Code(s) and for corporate policies. Work with SPA's broader Security Team members to standardize processes and procedures, prepare for acquisitions and integration, and to deliver consistent, superior customer service to the SPA team and our clients. Assist the CSSO or act as CSSO to support all aspects of SCIF operations including documentation, safeguarding, certification and IT installation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- TS/SCI clearance

- Certified FSO for possessing facilities

- 10 - 15 years experience as an FSO of possessing facilities

- Certified CSSO

- Experience with physical security including open storage area certification

 

Desired Qualifications: 

- Experience with acquisitions and change conditions involving organizational changes

- Experience with SCIF construction and certification using ICD 705 requirements
