The Senior Family Support Specialist in the coordination of all Family Services within the assigned area in cooperation with team members, families, DDS personnel and consumers.This position is responsible for assisting management of all programmatic services of Seven Hills Family Services with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of consumer care and individual consumer development.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the AVP to streamline enrollment procedures, ensuring the completion of all required forms and documents.Partner with Human Resources to recruit Support Workers.Assist in coordinating emergency services for individuals in crisis.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for assigned program services, including consumer files, participant lists, monthly progress notes, Family Support Plans, and necessary assessments.Screen, train, and match Support Workers to individuals as assigned by funding agencies.Ensure compliance with all routine documentation requirements, including timely billing, payroll, and flex funding.Work with the AVP to identify yearly funding allocations for individuals and families, maintaining accurate records of units and dollars used and remaining.Attend job-related training sessions for professional development as directed by the AVP.Document required training for all employed Support Workers, including coordinating the orientation for all Direct Care I/Support Workers.Uphold Seven Hills Family Services' standards by responding to all correspondence from individuals, family members, and funding sources within twenty-four (24) hours.Collaborate with program managers to share resources and ensure timely service delivery.Ensure compliance with Quality of Life standards, including affirming and protecting people's rights, understanding their needs, enabling choice and decision-making, supporting goal achievement, promoting autonomy and life experiences, ensuring safety at home and work, safeguarding health, and protecting funds. Qualifications BA preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of family service advocacy or related experience.Valid driver’s license required.
