**Position:** Senior Field Applications Engineer **Job Description:** **What You'll Be Doing** + Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. + Attend supplier trainings in person and via conference calls. + Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives. + Identify key relationships amongst decision makers within suppliers and customers. + Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and Quarterly Business Review meeting + Organize engineering customer events **What We Are Looking For** + Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering. + At least 3 years related experience in analog circuit design or technical support. + Have a solid basic of analog rated experience and proven understanding of analog circuit theory. + Proficient in common analog/digital device(like amplifier/ADC/DAC/ Switches and Multiplexers, etc.) parameters/performance/selection. + Experience in schematic/simulation/layout, extensive test and debug skills (using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, etc) + Good Communication skills and capability to gain respect and trust with the customer. **What's In It For You** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
