The Global Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans. We work towards having the maximum impact possible on pipeline and revenue growth.

Develop India's Go-To-Market Strategy!

You will support the sales teams in India & SAARC (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri-Lanka). You will also focus on customer needs, growth and optimizing the targeting and messaging of our programs.

As a Manager Senior Field Marketing, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with sales and marketing to create and execute strategic marketing plans.Understanding of practices and trends shaping the industry and developing comprehensive, proactive annual plans.Collaborating with global programs, product, industry, SDR, channel and digital marketing to ensure consistency in programsDeveloping demand generation programs that can be executed, from digital initiatives to account-based marketing programsManaging budgets and regularly communicate marketing plans, activities, and results to stakeholders.Collaborating with the PR, AR, digital and social teams to amplify Akamai branding to the target audience.

Have demand generation marketing experience in the high-growth B2B technology sector, with a focus on India and SAARC markets.Have ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution skills.Be skilled in event management, digital and social media campaigns, and channel partner management.Be a strategic thinker and effective executor, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.Experience in building trust and consensus across diverse teams, fostering credibility within the organization.Be proficient in using marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Google Workspace, Adobe Analytics)
