As a Sr. Fire Alarm Automation Field\nService Technician at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in\nensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will\nbe part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our\nclients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and\nchampioning Honeywell's commitment to excellence.
You will report directly to our Field Service\nSupervisor, and you’ll work out of our Augusta, ME location.
Key Responsibilities:
Install\n and commission Honeywell fire alarm systems according to specifications\n and industry standardsConduct\n routine preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems to ensure optimal\n performance and compliance with regulationsDiagnose\n and repair issues with fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting\n electronic components and replacing faulty partsPerform\n regular testing and inspections of fire alarm systems to verify their\n proper functioning and compliance with safety standardsProvide\n technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,\n and offering guidance on system usageMaintain\n accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and\n repairs. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely mannerCollaborate\n with other technicians, engineers, and customer support teams to deliver\n comprehensive solutions and support to clientsAcquire\n security and other clearances as required by customerYOU MUST HAVE:
2+\n years’ experience working within a construction or field service\n environmentFormer\n knowledge of completing preventative maintenance on automated systemsAbility\n to troubleshoot, conduct repairs, and work independentlyAbility\n to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays as\n neededValid\n Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to HoneywellWE VALUE:
