Overview Analyze financial performance and develop forecasts to drive business results for the Foods & Snacks Business, and inform strategic decision-making to the North Asia Finance Lead and the North Asia GM. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, primarily the commercial team, to align financial goals with operational strategies and provide actionable insights. Lead financial analysis for transformation projects on North Asia Foods & Snacks, assessing impacts on profitability and supporting change management initiatives. Responsibilities Business Results & Financial Forecasts: Lead AOP, forecast, and Closing process that reflects aligned business strategy and financial objective of the Foods & Snacks business in Korea. Provide support on Korea Beverages. Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement balancing short-term and long-term priorities. Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts that align with business objectives. Perform variance analysis and cause of change analysis. Quantify risks and opportunities to achieve P&L targets. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making. Ensure finance performance has been planned and measured in line with Company accounting policy. Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to understand business needs and align financial goals with operational strategies. Act as trusted advisor, providing financial insights and guidance to support pricing, promotions & new product development initiatives. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive alignment on financial strategies and business objectives. Support finance transformation agenda through enhancements around planning, forecasting, and reporting models, reducing manual and enhancing digitalization. Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Transformation Projects: Lead financial analysis for key transformation projects on our Foods and Snacks business in North Asia, assessing impacts on profitability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) assessments. Support the transformation project and change management initiatives by providing financial expertise from Financial Planning as well as Controlling during project implementation. Qualifications University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CMA preferred. 5+ years of experience in Finance Planning and Reporting, or Financial Controlling. 4 years of working experience in FMCG is preferable. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, etc.) Ability and willingness to work in a consistent high-pressure environment. Good attitude, active & proactive, passionate about work. Strong presentation skills. English proficiency is a must. Experience in transformation projects and a strong understanding of change management principles is a plus.
