As a Senior Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will report directly to our Sr Director Finance, and you'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial thoughtfulness
- Work with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial thoughtfulness and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in the safety industry or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial thoughtfulness tools
