You will partner with LAMT’s Vice President and other functional staff, to identify operational and financial issues and implement corrective action plans, as appropriate, across all sites globally (US and Singapore)In this role, you will oversee a support staff of one direct with indirect guidance for other members of the teamThis position is responsible for monthly reporting on the consolidated financial results, forecast and variances on the ~$150M total business including key business drivers, financial consulting, and financial statement/reportsYou will liaise with shared services in Indianapolis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions in the business unitYou will also partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality functions to identify cost out opportunities and be accountable for optimizing working capital for total business
