Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. + Support Monthly Forecast processes within Infrastructure organizations; provide causal walks for variances; Responsible for developing a suite of business metrics and reports to support the business needs aligned to Dashboards & KPI’s from relevant systems; + Analyze monthly department financials, communicate trends, and make recommendations to executive leadership and their respective teams; + Work directly with Executive Leadership Team members (ELT) to help manage expenses, identify key cost drivers and problem areas, and provide ad hoc support as required; + Appropriately challenge spend where necessary, ensuring that Atleos’s resources are optimized and maximized for the company; + Prepare budgets and forecasts that are typically highly complex, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, midyear business reviews and annual budgets; + Consistently look at process and identify opportunities for improvement/streamlining; + Successfully perform all month end close related responsibilities including journal entry submission and creation and distribution of Outlook/Actuals analysis. Manage, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results with commentary. + Review and provide feedback on capital requests for supported Infrastructure groups as needed. + Interpret and apply financial policies and procedures for each supported organization. + Complete all assigned account reconciliations in a timely manner to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and US GAAP. Identify and execute action items to resolve reconciliation variances in a timely matter. + Provide in-depth analytical support and analysis for budgeting and forecasting processes.
