Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join their Finance practice group in Atlanta. Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in a state of a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office (GA, MD, FL, MA, SC, NC, IL, OH, SC, TX, CO, WV, MN, TN, NY, PA, CA, D.C.) 5+ years of substantive finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. Preferred experience representing lenders in commercial real estate or secondary-market transactions, though not required. Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated positive attitude, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Represent bank and non-bank lenders in complex finance transactions. Counsel clients in commercial real estate financing and secondary-market transactions. Conduct thorough legal analysis and provide strategic guidance on finance-related matters. Work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver high-quality legal services. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellence in service delivery.
