Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strong Senior Finance Director to join our team. The Global Advisory Finance team supports one of the fastest growth engines at Visa, and closely partners with key stakeholders across Global and Regional Advisory teams. This is a terrific opportunity to partner with senior executives to deliver an ambitious strategic and financial agenda for Visa.
This leader will serve as a deputy CFO for the Advisory Services and will manage the end-to-end scope of FP&A for the business unit. The role holder will be leading a high-performance team focused on financial planning, reporting, and performance management in collaboration with key business leaders and operational teams across the globe, while developing financial strategies and analytics to enable sound business decision making. This leader will influence broader matrix organization to maximize financial outcomes for Visa.
The position involves deriving important insights and effectively communicating with senior finance leaders and executive management of the Advisory Business unit. The ideal candidate will have a background within the Consulting industry with deep expertise in strategic finance, financial analysis, and business partnering, and demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaborating.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Advice and Business Partnership:
Partner closely with cross-regional and cross-functional Finance leads to understand revenue drivers and elevate the level of analysis around revenue and related costsPartner closely with Global Advisory leads in developing multi-year strategic roadmapEstablish and grow strong relationships with a broad base of business stakeholders as a valued business partnerAlign functional goals and strategies to broader global initiativesDevelop and present strategic insights about the Advisory Services businessFinancial Management:
Lead key financial activities for the Advisory Services business, including multi-year strategic planning, annual financial planning, quarterly outlook and business reviews, month-end analytics and management reporting, and on-going financial risks and opportunities assessmentProvide meaningful driver-based analytics and insights to senior leadership and executive management audience on the Advisory Services’ business’ financial performance and forward-looking outlookUnderstand business levers and recommend measures to further improve financial results and business margins, while assessing financial risks and opportunities, and evaluating options to optimize return on investmentsEstablish efficient processes and expand the reporting and analytics capabilities across broader AdvisoryProject Management:

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
•12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10
years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA
/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
•15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with
9+ years of experience
•A successful track record of progression in a well-disciplined organization
where best practices are integral to the management of the business
•Prior experience in the Consulting and/or Payment industry a plus
•Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar)
•5+ years’ experience of successfully leading and managing highly matrixed
teams Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or
relevant technical field
•Proactive, strategic thinker with Strong analytical and project management

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 200,000 to 312,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
