Senior Finance Manager, FP&A at a Glance….

The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A will own complex financial analytics for the North America business, making sure that the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial analyses are in place. This Sr. Manager will coordinate the BU and Function finance teams on financial analysis projects. Being a key player on understanding the results of the business and, therefore, supporting the management with insights. This role will report directly to the Director of Finance, NA FP&A and CS&D & work regularly with the US CFO & VP of NA Central Finance.

What’s on the menu?

Create and own complex modeling of Kraft Heinz’s performance (in both financial and non-financial metrics) from scratch Manage the day-to-day of Operating Free Cash Flow as well as the Annual budgeting process Provide insights for the NA CFO on risks and opportunities in the business not reflected in the ongoing financials Work closely with finance teams in Business Units and other Functions (e.g., Accounting, Sales, Operations) to brainstorm, validate and improve analytical frameworks Provide insights for the NA CFO to make decisions, identify business and operational opportunities/risks with data Synthesize materials for NA CFO, US President, and the Board of Directors for the performance and financial forecast of the US business Develop and own financial modeling of Kraft Heinz’s financial performance Collaborate with team members in NA Financial Planning team to develop and improve process / analysis Manage and develop a team of three tasked with owning the North America reporting & forecasting process & communication to leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required, or Science/Engineering degree with finance experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting Proactive and self-directed learner eager to acquire new knowledge at a fast-paced environment Hardworking, capable of coping with pressure and deadlines Comfortable with complex analytical and financial modeling; experience with very large datasets for financial modelling (P&L), combining different business units and reconciliations of drivers Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Tableau and/or Power BI highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work in large, cross-functional teams and proven track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$118,400.00 – $148,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
